The seller assured me that this was a "force majeure" and normal during delivery. However, it is precisely the poor internal packaging that plays a key role in this case. (as seen in the photos) All packets were tightly bound with rope, which damaged them. The packets had small cracks, holes, and abrasions.
If you value your brand, you should not use such packets. But the seller assured me that the packets were in normal condition.

I would not recommend ordering, as you are likely to receive a large number of damaged items (in my case, packets).

The key problem is the indentation caused by the zipper head, most of which are normal and caused by force majeure in transportation. Bags are normal when they leave the factory. We will improve the packing way to avoid dents on bag..
